I created this shop just for you after personally researching, testing, and approving each product. This is basically what’s in my pantry at all times!

I wish I could include fresh, organic produce and pastured protein sources, but my favorite pantry items will have to do for now.

Everything here is in an effort to bring you maximum protein shake pleasure and optimal nutrition so that you feel freaking amazing.

Vitamix

I use a Vitamix every day and find that it is the most powerful in creating incredible texture. It smoothly blends greens, ice, and seeded fruits without having to stop a million times and add more liquid and/or stir. You can even use less liquid and make the texture of your protein shakes thicker like froyo or ice cream. ?

SunWarrior Warrior Blend

Oh SunWarrior, how I love thee. This is the best tasting, easiest to blend protein powder I’ve found. I’m also madly in love with the nutrition content at a whopping 19g per scoop for only 100 calories with only 2g of fat and 2g of carbs. It’s so easy to add in your own yummy fat and carbs! It isn’t 100% organic, but some of the ingredients are and it’s GMO free. I LOVE this stuff.

Equal Exchange Baking Cocoa

This is hands down my favorite cocoa powder for rich, chocolatey shakes. I love dark chocolate, and just 1 tbs of this powder really hits the spot. I love the flavor and I love that’s it’s organic.

Great Lakes Gelatin

Gelatin is a rising star as a superfood. It’s been linked to joint health as well as improved skin, hair, and nails. It packs 6g of protein per tbs and is a flavorless, healthful addition to your protein shakes.

Moan Out Loud Protein Shakes

My first book! I wrote this recipe collection after being creeped out by conventional protein powders (we’ve since come a long way). My private cooking clients raved about these shakes, I found myself moaning with each sip, and a book was born! For my dairy-free moaners, just substitute the proteins in this collection with your favorite plant-based, soy-free protein powder.

RAWFUSION Peanut Chocolate Fudge

When UPS man rings the bell with the Amazon delivery, I literally bunny hop to the front door. This protein powder by Raw Fusion is Peanut Chocolate Fudge flavored and OMG is it delicious. It mixes amazing, has a great macronutrient profile, and while not organic, is non-gmo and free of most allergens. I could kiss the container.

TRADER JOE’S ORGANIC STEVIA

This stevia is my favorite. You can get it at your local Trader Joe’s or online here. Included is a little cute scoop to help you make sure you don’t overdo it. Stevia rocks my world because it’s nature’s only plant that is sweet without any impact on glycemic index. It has no calories and no actual sugar, but helps satisfy that pesky sweet tooth. Yum! It’s also fabulous in coffee and anywhere else you might like a pinch of something sweet. Do your body a favor and ditch the blue, pink, and yellow packets.

Pro Quality Nut Milk Bag

To make your own coconut and almond milk, try this super convenient, easy to use nut milk bag. In my opinion it totally beats a giant cheesecloth. Two thumbs up. PS, making your own nut milk is so easy. Like, super easy.

BCAAs

Marley Coffee, Organic Lively Up! Espresso Ground Coffee

I love and prefer the flavor of Americanos (espresso + hot water) to regular coffee and this just hits the spot. I don’t know what espresso ground coffee means or if it’s espresso or coffee, but it’s organic, delicious, well-priced, and full-bodied. I love it for my morning coffee and then chill it for coffee based protein shakes. ? You’re welcome.

Nutiva Coconut Oil

I feel like this is the best deal on coconut oil ever. You can also get it at Costco. I get this huge tub and keep it in my pantry and fill a small mason jar to keep in my bathroom for skin and hair care. I love, love, love it. Adding a spoonful of coconut oil to your shakes is an incredible addition of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs – google it) which aids in brain function and can even boost your metabolism, causing you to burn more fat. ?

Gluten Free Sprouted Oats

I am IN LOVE with the gluten-free, sprouted rolled oats! I’ve also seen these at Whole Foods. The process of sprouting foods allows for more vital nutrients to be absorbed by the body. I’ve tried all kinds of oats in protein shakes, including my own soaked oats, but these help create the best texture. Two thumbs up. ??
